A no carb diet is very bad for you and your breath will smell terrible . A low carb diet works very fast. You will lose the fat, stay healthy, and your friends won't have to stand 3 feet away from you in order to comfortably hold a conversation. You just need to have one serving of carbs with dinner and you should be fine as long as you're clear about what carbs are. Good luck

no carb diets are BULLSH**
Your body needs carbs for energy! Do you really think your body can burn body fat when it has no energy?
If you want to lose weight, you need to exercise for an hour a day, minus one day a week maybe. Eat 6 small meals a day in small portions. You should never feel full after one of these meals.
You need to eat alot of complex carbs in the morning, plus some simple carbs such as fresh fuit. You also need to get alot of protein in the morning.
After any workout, you need to quickly get simple carbs (fresh fruit) and protein in your body.
Your last 2 meals should have low carbs and high protein. Dont eat 3 hours before bed.
Drink a good amount of water, but not excessive amounts.
Eat fresh veggies and fuit, no canned stuff! Only eat whole wheat bread and pasta and eat lean meats. Eat one meal a day with no meat.
Low carb diets only make you really tired and unmotivated to work out. Also, it burns alot of muscle away. If you want to lose muscle weight, go right ahead with this no carb diet!

Yes they work, better for men than women. You should eat some carbs though. Also, you should not stay on that diet for more than a few months. It can cause kidney problems and ultimately kidney failure. Pick your carbs wisely, then after a couple of months, SLOWLY introduce them back into your diet. Try to eat a balanced meal and don't cut them out completely. But you might want to cut out certain carbs, like pure sugar (soda and sweets). Just don't load up on really fatty foods. Eat veggies and some fruit. Good luck. Also try adding a little more cardio into your workout routine!

It may for a right away effect( a month or two) but once you reintroduce carbs into your body you will gain it all back and then some.
You should diet with a balenced variety. It is not healthy to cut out one food group of another. I tried. I have tried many many different diets.
I am working out two hours a day at the Alaska Club gym now and balencing what I eat. Follow the food program that is why it is created.

Hey, if you decide not to eat any carbs you can say BYE BYE to your abs and other muscles.
If you deprive your body of the most efficient fuel it uses ( carbs ) it doesn't switch to fat, guess what it does switch for energy? MUSCLE
When your body is lacking carbs and is in starvation mode, it is easier for it to use muscle for energy.
If you want to lose those extra few pounds go on a full body workout plan and deficit calorie diet without depriving your body of nutrients it needs.

Your best bet for losing fat is strength training (Adding just 3 lbs of muscle will burn an extra 120 calories a day without extra exercises or diet change) and cardio.
"Diets" are a ridiculous waste of time. It means you are going to change how you eat for a temporary amount of time. That means that any results will also be temporary.
Eat a healthy balanced diet, don't expect overnight miracles, and you'll get the body you desire.

you dont really have to cut out what you eat. unless, you eat junk food or something like that, cut that stuff out. but eat youre heart out of anything else. just excercise and workout.
i work out every day and im a size 0,(in jeans). calories and carbs are actually good for you, they give you energy. the more energy you have, the more you'll be able to workout.
but i suggest only drinking water and not a lot of other drinks. because water doesant have anything in it. :]

Yes it works quite well - just be ready to stick to it forever. Once you allow the carbs back into your life the weight comes with it.
