You need to check into an inpatient facility for detox. This drug is a bear to get off of, but it can be done. You need to have the support of other meds to prevent you from having seizures and to help you sleep. In any event, get some help now! Good Luck to you..

Did you stop taking the clonazepam cold turkey? If so, this was not a good idea. The best approach is always to wean yourself slowly off a medication such as this one. You will have fewer, if any, side effects.

Some antidepressants are very good in treating anxiety. That might be an option for you to ease your pain.

Talk to your doctor about this. I believe he/she will agree with me.

Why take another drug? Just taper off. Take a 1/2 for three days then a quarter for three days then quit.

This is the way I stop any meds that are not working for me.
