Not necessarily. My cat passed away at 17 and still had her teeth. It depends on genetics and dental hygiene, just like for humans.

Cats teeth should fall out at 10 years old. Now, I have heard of their teeth falling out, but that is due to other reasons not related to being 10.

Only if you take crappy care of the cat. My 19 year old cat has all his teeth. Depends on the care the cat gets.

No cat's teeth can fall out if they have gum disease. Also if tarter builds up then the teeth would fall out too. Too prevent this brush your cat's teeth daily with a pet toothbrush and pet toothpaste.

Cats and dogs lose their original "baby" teeth just like humans but at a much younger age, likewise it is not uncommon for a cat to lose some teeth or more commonly have serious dental problems as they age.

Not necessarily... A ten year old cat -is not THAT old. If your cat is losing its teeth- you might want to take it to a Vet & have it checked out...

age does not really matter, it's how good of dental care the cat has had thru it's life. kinda like people. a 30 year old man could be toothless, and 70 year old man have every tooth.

Cats r like humans, sort of, but they can lose their teeth just like humans if they aren't taken care of properly. but if half the teeth r gone u need to take it to the vet to see what he/she can do.But don't wait to long because the cat may lose all of its teeth and might never get them back.
