My sister went to the hospital emergency room last night and she has pnemonia they did further tests and her blood levels in her sugar was border line to high she will be tested for diabetes on Monday. Please put her on all your prayer chains and pray for her at your prayer meetings for healing resotoration and peace. Thank you so much E4G

Precious one - all people have higher blood sugar levels when they are in pain or sick. The body does that naturally when it is under stress.
Healthy blood sugar level ranges are 70 to 126. I was diagnosed Diabetic with a blood sugar reading of 256. My mother was diagnosed when she tested 560!
"Borderlined high" is nothing to be afraid of. Wait until her A1C levels come back. They should be between 6.5 and 7 in order to be fine. Over 7 and she is probably just mildly diabetic... my first test I was 8.4. With diet, exercise and medication, my A1C test has me at 6.8.
Diabetes diagnoses scare people... it often influences depression... just tell her to relax. Even WITH a disgnosis of Diabetes - she will be ok. God has everything in His hands. The pneumonia is the bigger threat right now.

Your sister will definitely be in my prayers. Just got over a bout with pneumonia myself and will be praying for your sisters healing.
