Hon, you need to go to the doctor and be tested for STDs of any kind. Could be you just have the flu, but could be you have contracted something else. Only your doctor can tell you.

Here are some web sites to go to for more answers to HIV/AIDS questions and early symptoms, etc.

It can take up to 10 years for HIV to manifest itself with symptoms.but get tested for any other std's just to be safe The gum might be just an infected tooth , or a sore like a cold sore, which by the way is technically called herpes. Just not the bad sex one. I hope if your putting out that your at least smart enough to wear protection. as for not having sex just chill till you find out otherwise from a doc. when your clear, it party time girls. Daddy has a new pair of shoes. Oh and by the way I hope you at least made her orgasm more than 6 times if not start practicing bro.You should have plenty of time for the next 2 or 3 weeks

Rather than fret about this, go to the health clinic at the college and if you aren't comfortable going there, a medical clinic or your regular doctor and have them check it out. And, the next time you have sex, use a condom. Protect yourself. Don't take it lightly. People can get HIV from just one time. Don't let this happen to you.

I actually just wrote about this in my sex blog at http://datcurious.com that sex is supposed to help fight flus, colds, etc... so that can't be it. The swollen gums can be anything (including things NOT related to your sex acts). But I guess to be safe, just get yourself checked out by your doctor and dentist.

Good luck with it man.

The swollen gum is probably a bad tooth, the fever is a result of the infection. See a dentist. Try not to let your sexual guilt get the better of you.
