How do I tell this guy I'm not attracted to him?

I've known him for a couple months.He's one of the nicest guys i've ever met. I just don't think I'm attracted to him.I've tried to make the relationship work,but I can't force it anymore, it's just not there....How do I tell him without hurting his feelings,he really likes me a lot.......

If he likes you as much as you say he does, then it's going to hurt him no matter what...but, to lessen the sting, you can just be honest, but be nice. Don't use anything cliche, like, "I just want to be friends," or, "It's not you, it's me." And, don't be too blunt and say, "You're just not my type," or "I'm not interested." The best thing you could do is, first, list his good points. Say something like, "Look, (insert name here) you're a really nice guy, and you're really fun, bright, cute, funny, etc, and any girl would be lucky to have you, but somehow, I just don't think the two of us are right for each other." Tell him you still want to be his friend, and that there's nothing wrong with him. Like I said, it's going to hurt him, but not as much as it would if you got into a relationship with him, and he found out you were only settling.

Just tell him and hurt his feelings. There is no way to do this without him getting hurt. Just make it a clean break.

i had the same problem girl but be true to yourself instead of stressing yourself. don't tell him you aren't attracted jus say we are better off as friends for personal reason but lieing to him hurts you more than telling him the truth. he'll move on!

Tell him how you feel and be honest and just break it off as cleanly as you can. Tell him face to face, not an email or text message or other tacky way.
