She Is right in this point that Jesus was a Great man.
He was one of the great messangers of God.
But regarding to Jesus as a savior we have to analyse, what the scripture says.

Deuteronomy [18;18]

"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."

When you ask question to any Christian that to whom this prophesy refers. He will say that this prophesy refers to Jesus.
But Jews don't believe this because it is said that
"like unto thee". And Jesus was not like Moses. To fulfil this prophesy, That prophet must be like Moses.

As they believe that This prophesy don't refer to Jesus. So they are waiting for that prophet.

when we analyse this prophesy that who fits in this prophesy.
we come to know that

To fulfill this prophesy stress is on "like unto thee".
(The prophet fulfilling this Prophesy must be like Moses)

And the only prophet That fits in to this prophesy is Prophet Muhammad

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is like Moses (pbuh):
i) Both had a father and a mother.
ii) Both were married and had children.
iii) Both were accepted as Prophets by their people in their lifetime.
iv) Both besides being Prophets were also kings i.e. they could inflict capital punishment.
v) Both brought new laws and new regulations for their people.
vi) Both died a natural death.

Muhammad (pbuh) is from among the brethren of Moses (pbuh). Arabs are brethren of Jews. Abraham (pbuh) had two sons: Ishmail and Isaac. The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmail (pbuh) and the Jews are the descendants of Isaac (pbuh).

Words in the mouth:

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was unlettered and whatever revelations he received from God Almighty he repeated it verbatim.

Deuteronomy (18:18):
"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."

Moreover Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesised in the book of Isaiah:

"And the book is delivered to him that is not learned saying, ‘Read this, I pray thee’; and he saith, ‘I am not learned’.
Isaiah [29:12]

"When Archangel Gabriel commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying ‘Iqra’(Read or recite), he replied "I am not learned".

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon[ 5:16]

"Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehrace Bayna Jerusalem."
"His mouth is most sweet: ye, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughter of Jerusalem."

=============================================

But what the christianity says about this.

Let's analyse

1. John [14:16]
"And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever."

2. Gospel of John[15:26]

"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which
proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me."

3. Gospel of John [16:7]

"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not
come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you".

"Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the
Greek word Periclytos.
In the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter.
Paracletos is the warped reading for Periclytos. Jesus actually prophesised Ahmed(Which was actual name of Muhammad) by name. Even the
Greek word Paraclete refers to the Prophet (pbuh) who is a mercy for all creatures.

Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise
that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the
Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus , in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet
Muhammad (peace be upon him).

4. Gospel of John [16:12-14]

"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is
come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me".

The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy referes to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

So the savior or Comforter is none but Prophet Muhammad(PBUH)

They still don't believe that Jesus is the Messiah. They are still waiting for Him to come. So, you are right, they don't believe Jesus is the Savior. If your friend does not accept Him, yes, she will spend eternity in Hell with all the other unbelievers.

yup. sounds harsh, but as long as she doesnt accept Jesus as her savior, thats the way it goes.

Also, you can not believe that Jesus was only "a great man" because if you dont believe that he was God, then you have to believe that he was a liar. Being a liar does not make you a great man.

Let me just post what John (Jewish disciple of Jesus) wrote about this...
"He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself; he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life"...1 John 5:10-12

These are the word of the Bible from the New Testament and not my own. You can make of this what you like.

A messianic Jew is a Jew that believes that Jesus is the Messiah. Christians and Messianic Jews consider that Jesus is the Messiah. They are Jews. The factor of view of the anti Messianice Jews is fine summed up through Mark JPAS while he mentioned "it's appropriate to combination a few measure of international non secular factors with Judaism. The one exception is Christianity, that's seemed to be incompatible with any sort of Jewishness. This is the double commonplace that's carried out to Christianity although Jesus is viewed the Jewish Messiah in Christianity. Messianic Jews are checked out with even bigger disdain. Why? its a canopy for there possess deviations from Judaism. Some Jews ought to preserve a connection to Jewish household considering they've deviated such a lot from conventional Judaism that many Orthodox query their Jewishness. They want uncover a few option to distract concentration considering of there deviation from the Torah. This is finished through pointing their finger at others to direct concentration clear of their possess movements. You are not able to supply your self a identify and assume that it makes you whatever. This is the argument that has been used in opposition to Jews that make a decision that Jesus is the Messiah. We are advised that the mere notion of yet another nature of God instantly invalidated a Jews Jewishness. At the identical time Jews that turn out to be atheists, pantheists or quit training any detail in their faith we're advised are nonetheless Jews. They say that you'll consider in whatever however Jesus. Jews name conversion "becoming a member of the tribe". Things that might in no way fly in Orthodox or for that subject Messianic Judaism can also be located within the Reform and Reconstructionist routine. A well illustration of this can be a prior query requested right here. The man or woman asking worshiped the God Ferris however didn't consider in him or the Jewish God. The cognizance of the query was once" ...might you PERSONALLY consider comfy welcoming me now not simply as a fellow congregant at your Synagogue, however as a member of the Tribe?" (so he was once evidently asking approximately changing to Judaism). The reaction was once "Reform Judaism covers a vast swath of ideals and practices and I am certain you're going to be completely authorised. ... I for my part might receive you entire heartily as a fellow Jew." So a few Jews will receive a wide variety of deviations from the Torah however now not notion in "Jesus". Let's now not omit the Reform motion desired to difference the sabbath to Sunday to be extra like Christianity. Most Messianic Jews are Torah observant but you'll turn out to be an atheist, quit training their religion, turn out to be a Buddhist, become a member of a Unitarian Church and nonetheless be a Jew within the eyes of Reform/Reconstructionist Jews. Most Orthodox while requested approximately different Jews will say they do not know what non Orthodox Jews are. The identical applies to the opposite sects. Speaking of sects Jews will let you know there are not any sects however its now not actual. Rabbinical Jews comply with an knowledge in their religion that was once based one million,900 years in the past. They have their possess canon of Scripture. There also are non Rabbinical Jews such because the Ethiopian Jews that follows the sample of the Christian Old Testament and they've many further books that they don't forget to be scripture. A institution known as the Karaites is the reverse of the Ethiopian and best consider within the five Books of Moses. Rabbinical Jews name Karaites "a sect of Judaism". You can goggle it and spot for your self. Don't permit someone let you know that there are not any sects in Judaism. They say the the lessons of Jesus are very one-of-a-kind from Judaism. They additionally declare that Jesus taught not anything new from the rabbis earlier than him. Then they we let you know that there have been no rabbis till 100 years after the time of Jesus. Its all approximately successful the argument to them now not approximately what is actual. The drawback isn't variations however similarities. You will have to recognise ALL the writers of the Christian Bible have been Jews however one. Much of our Scriptures are shared. The sizeable majority of early believers in Jesus have been Jews. So while you listen the designated reverse you ought to hold that during brain. A Jew can consider in Jesus and nonetheless be a Jew. Edit: those who make private accusations will have to incorporate hyperlinks or close up.

If she does not repent of her sins and accept Jesus before she dies, yes, she would go to hell. As would anyone who does not believe in Christ as their savior.

Romans 11:25-32
"I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so ALL ISRAEL WILL BE SAVED (emphasis added), as it is written:
"The deliverer will come from Zion;
he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
And this is my covenant with them
when I take away their sins."
As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable. Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now receive mercy as a result of God's mercy to you. For God has bound all men over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all."

Personally, I'm not worried about the Jewish people...they had a covenant with God long before we did...and I believe God honors his contracts!
