Providing you are BOTH 18 or older and neither is paying for sex, I don't think it would be something you would be arrested for. However, oddly enough, I believe there are still some states which have laws on the books making extramarital intercourse illegal....though they are never enforced.
Providing you are ABSOLUTELY sure she is not a minor, I don't think you have anything to worry about legally speaking. However, a call to an attorney never hurts, unless it isn't made until AFTER a crime.

It is legal, but not very safe. If you do end up meeting up with her, make sure you take all safety precautions like telling a friend where you are going, etc. You have to make sure that she really is over 18 as well, since you can get into a lot of trouble if she is not. Also, if she decides to uh "back out" you have to respect that because again, you can get into a lot of trouble.

Well, assuming that you are 18 or older, you are upfront about your intentions, she's (as you said) at least 18..then I don't see how that's any different than meeting her at the movies, the store, or anywhere else and the two of you deciding to have consensual sex.

lots of times a girl who is truly over 18 and says she isn't doing it for money is often some type of scam, or she is psychological out of her mind and you may end up Found by the Police tied up 3 days later in a ditch alongside a road, or you may get raped by her boyfriend, etc. etc.
