Biggest tire will be 33 x 12.5 as you will have rubbing issues with any wider or taller tire in stock form.
However, you can probably squeeze on a set of 35x12.5's if you add on a 2 inch front leveling kit which will give you that extra height needed. I went with this on my 04 Dodge Ram3500 CTD so I could upgrade to 35's. It squeezed in with no rubbing issues.

for the first answer, tire size, not wheel size ... you can put a 28 inch OR a 44 inch diameter tire on a 18 inch wheel.
for the second answer, good response if they wanted to drop a couple grand on wheels to put tires on... but that size is only 30.4 inch diameter, and can easily go to a taller tire (and doubt that width would fit without serious dish offset wheels)
third answer, very logical and I have to agree. 33 inch diameter will fit without without a lift, 35s might too, but would look odd without a minimum of a small body lift. and might come close to touching on the front in a hard turn if flexed...

33 inch diameter ... you might could squeeze 35 inch diameter on but would look funny without a body lift at least...
something like a 305r70 x 17 would fit the stock wheel, and be about 33 inch diameter (~10-12 inch wide depending on Manufacturer)... going much bigger would require going to a wider wheel...

I wouldn't go bigger than 18's without a lift.
