How about going back to the future? The pansy was a symbol of freethought in the 19th century.
Or a globe (even pictures, earrings, etc), to symbolize that what you believe in is the real world and not a supernatural being outside it?
Then again, I'm only *married to* an atheist.

I like the one you have, but google "rock the catbox". It has nothing to do with atheism (then again, my avatar of the tardis doesn't, either), but it's sure funny. Its a silhouette of a cat in that iPod-ad style. Non-sequiturs are good for those of us godless sort who have a sense of humour!
There was this feller from the Internet Infidels who called himself the Everlasting God-Stopper....I wonder if there's an icon pertaining to that somewhere....

Here in the UK it would seem rather silly to have something that announces your atheism, because most people are atheists anyway, so their response would be "Yeah, so?"

how about a stylized a with some famous atheists face under it and the slogan should be
atheism a non prophet religion
or maybe a cartoon rabbit and it should say
silly rabbits gods are for kids
