Find out what's depressing you. What makes you feel down? And don't say it shouldn't make you feel down or it shouldn't matter. If it does it does. Don't should on yourself. Then try to do something about it. If it's mourning that's making you depressed then you may just have to wait until it passes.

Unfortunately, you just can't get rid of depression. It's a chemical imbalance in your brain. There are many anti-depressions that are available that can help. You can either go to a psychiatrist or a family doctor. Just to warn you though, some have undesirable side effects and they take around 4-6 weeks to take effect. You can also try counseling/therapy. Hope you take to heart these answers.

Depression is something that creeps up on me every once in a while and I have found that exercise has been a good alternative to going on medication. I suppose it would all depend on how serious the depression is...mine is pretty mild. Jogging or even Jump Roping (think Rocky) helps, as long as you get those endorphins going, it can only make you feel better!

You can go to the doctor, because it's very important that you know the reason for your depression. Perhaps a problem, perhaps a pain, perhaps you're very tired.

A depression is a really bad thing, and its symptoms are not the best. When you have depression you don't want anything.

If you want, you can visit this website where you can find some pills to control depression and make your questions online:

See a therapist or psychiatrist. They can help get you through, and a psychiatrist can prescribe antidepressants if needed.
