I think it is the future of the human race.

It is better for genetic development.

Just like it isn't OK to have children with your sister, the farther you go in the gene pool the better it will be for your children, so going completely away from people who look like you is the next step.

Scripture says there are two "Races" if U will. The "Believers & the Non-Believers". Scripture relates it in an Agrarian Metaphore by saying "Be Ye not Un-Equally Yoked" as in the Farmer "Yoking" an Ox with a Horse to try & "Plow" straight "Furrows" producing a "Bountiful Crop". The "Pulling "capabilities of a Horse & Ox are Totally Diferent & U can't "Plow Straight". So if 2 people don't share the same "Norms & Standards" U'll have Problems a Plenty!!! John

Doesn't matter what race someone is. If you like the person you like them. America is a melting pot of different races. This is how the country has come to be. Why should anyone let a wonderful thing like potential love go by just because ones skin color is different than theirs?

Edited to add: Also I don't think that most of the answerer's were being wise. I think they were making the point that a human is a human no matter what locality they come from.

I think women of all races are beautiful, and I have no objection to dating a woman with a different skin tone than mine. As for the mixed-race children, I see Derek Jeter, Tim Duncan, Tiger Woods and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson...not bad for a bunch of "mutts".

I think you are purposefully trying to be offensive when you use the term "mutts" for people of mixed race. That is a word that is used for dogs of mixed breeds, not humans.

By using one word for all the people who have parents of different races is incredibly arrogant, bigoted and ignorant.
There are many vairables such as:
Afro-Asian
Afro-European
Afro-Latin American
Eurasian
British African-Caribbean.
and many many more.

You cannot judge people on anything other than their actions so how can I pass an opinion on anyone I have not met & do not know of?

Outside of what race? I usually make it a rule to only date humans, so if you're referring to Martians, or the likes, I think it's wrong. Long distance relationships are not for me.

However, if you are referring to ethnicity, I am not 100% anything and I know very few people who are (well, I know none, but I'm sure there are some). So I would have to date outside of one of my races... Right?

I would never date an elephant. But any unmarried human female with whom I had a mutual attraction might be an acceptable date, as long as her beliefs were similar to mine.

Mixed children are not mutts. They are children.

If the two people in question are happy, they should go for it. Other people's relationships are really none of my business, and neither is a child's ethnicity. Blaming children for their parents being different races is just ignorant beyond measure.

I find black people just as ugly as white ones. You take and mix that up though and make a sweet looking little baby. It is like multiplying two negatives and getting a positive.

I wasn't going to take one for the team and got myself a Latino wife. Unfortunately my pastie Norse-ness prevailed and turned our daughter blond, something I detest while looking for a mate, but that thing about not being able to not love your children trumps all.
