One way many Christians do this is to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, the official liturgical prayers sanctifying the parts of each day and filled with psalms. It is also known as the Divine Office and is made up of:
+ Lauds, or Morning Prayer
+ Vespers, or Evening Prayer
+ Compline, or Night Prayer, is the final prayer for the day
