Did you guys know that there are no laws that require americans to pay income tax, so the IRS is just lying to us when they say it is the law for our wages to be taxed

1. not enough states ratified the 16th amendment voiding its legality
2. the constitution states that all direct taxes must be apportioned, the income tax is a direct unapportioned tax. voiding its legality.
3. the constitution also states no one shall be taxed on labor, you can tax goods and capital gains.
Income is earned through labor, you put something in to it, its not considered a gain, making it not taxable.


people who get charged for tax evasion are accused mostly for laundering and capitol gains. Plenty of people including former irs agents have had their charges dropped because there is no law requiring anyone to file LOOK IT UP YOURSELF!

Before 1913, Americans kept 100% of their paycheck..Yet we still had money for schools, roads, railroads, military, police, firefighters, education. Income tax is illegal because not enough states ratified the 16th Amendment. But our government is corrupt. Today the Federal Reserve is actually a privately owned bank by the elite the super rich. The Federal Reserve is a SCAM.. Why else would we have to pay interest for the money they print? Lets say for every $1 printed we owe 10 cents in interest. If their is only $1 in circulation how do we pay back $1.10? Then we go back to the FED'S print an additional dollar. Now we have $2 in circulation and now we can pay our original debt of $1.10..But it's a never ending cycle. Because now with $2.00 in circulation we now owe $2.20. Whole time the rich bankers are keeping these profits. Forcing us to be in slavery to pay for this debt.

I always wondered where the tax protesters went to school. I learned this in 8th grade civics.

A couple of other things to remember; slavery used to be legal, women, blacks, and people 18-20 used to not be able to vote. The constitution was amended so that those things are now illegal too.

Yes, there is.

The people who say there isn't are call "Tax Protesters". Tax Protesters have been around as long as the Income Tax itself. Currently, they are batting .000 in court. Not one of them has gotten out of paying their taxes and quite a few of them have ended up in prison. A few have beaten the prison rap for claiming that they were too stupid to know that they had to file but they still had to pay their taxes plus penalties and interest.

File your returns and pay your taxes. You will be much happier in the long run.

FYI....the feds recently upped the penalty for filing a frivolous return to $5000 per return. If you want to take the chance.....go for it.

No, taxation is legal. Internal Revenue Code mandates you to report your world-wide income.

If local and federal governments can not raise tax revenues, then you do get national defense, your police patrols, your library services, etc.

Pay yor portion of taxes and be a candid citizen.
