Im 15 weighing in at a whopping 252 pounds lol. I was 256. I started cutting down about 2 weeks ago. I been drinking alot of water and cut down on junk food. I mean I eat chips, stuff like that. But I dont pig out. I havent had any soda in about 3 weeks. I dont know if im losing weight or not. My cousin told me that I looked like I lost weight last time he seen me. Yesterday my mom says "BOY LOOK LIKE U REDUCED" im like "I HAVENT LOST NO WEIGHT I DONT FEEL NOTHING" lol. Which I dont feel any thinner.

BTW I bike around in my back yard and walk. I jog about 3 times around it. I take breaks in between times and then start up. Could t his help me losse weight?

Anytime you cut back food and increase exercise you will lose weight.

Yes this will help you lose weight. You may not feel like you have lost weight but you have. Continue with 3 small healthy meals a day and 3 high protein snacks between meals and at bedtime to keep your metabolism up and you blood sugar more level. Include lots of fresh fruits and veggies and limit your bad carbs. So long as you burn more calories than you take in you will keep on losing. You are doing an AWESOME JOB so far.

4 pounds in 2 weeks is a good rate of loss. Get a scales if want, but only use it once a week.

Sounds like your doing all the right things. Just give yourself time. The weight will come off, maybe not as fast as you want but you're doing it the right way and that's what matters.
