I have heard and seen from multiple reliable sources that gum improves your memory. But is it true? Don't say yes or no please find the study. Thank you.

Gum is good for memory only in this sense; if you put it in your ears then you can't hear your mother's or your teachers instructions so can't possibly remember what they say. If you chew it (quietly) then you can hear what they say and so have a better memory.

Hope this helps, good luck with your memory, good health, peace and love!
