Ummmmm......the millions or billions of people that download music do so across the world, not only in the USA.
It so happens that most of the music people illegally download is MADE in the USA, that does NOT mean that only people in the USA are the ones that download it.
Internet is in use world wide (in case you didn't know).
BTW, this relates to immigration in what way?? I'm sorry, perhaps I'm missing something here.

I guess we could toss some non-criminals and pack in MS-13's, standing-room-only. But, why?
More to your point, though, the logical conclusion from your example is that there should be no law at all. Are you at all aware that the only difference between the U.S. and most Latin-American countries is simply that? LAW?
That means simply this: If Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, etc, had strong, representative laws, they would be rich.
Now, imagine that the U.S. had never developed as a nation of law yet Latin-America had. Regardless of color, throngs of people from the lawless nations would be clamoring to enter those structured by law.
That's the way it is and will continue to be till the modern world gets eaten by a gigantic space-monkey.

Yes. There are millions of people who's very presence in the country is illegal, making them criminals. America has one of the highest incarceration rates in the world. If that's not a country 'full' of criminals, then no other country is, either.

Most of the pirated downloads are in china. The Chinese sell pirated EVERYTHING on the streets...even cars.

what does this have to do with immigrations? are you saying only whites do that? if you are, your wrong. when that mess came out a few years ago a 17 year old mexican girl living in california was in big trouble for down loading songs. i can't remember how much they fined her, but it was a hefty fine. her parents wasn't even in the interview. i guess they was illegals.
