Well, I certainly would want to investigate this a little further. Does it say anywhere that you have to donate a certain portion of the winnings to a charity, etc.If it does then it´s definitely a scam. What US bank is the check drawn on?If it´s a national bank then you can go to a local branch office and verify it. If it´s some hole in the wall that you never heard of in Alaska then it´s very suspect. I would certainly call the number given or better yet get someone else to do it who is not personally involved.Whatever happens don´t put money up front for anything.

Did you enter USA Powerball? If not, how did you win? Also, are you 100% sure that's a real check? A lot of ways to get your bank info. Be careful.

I guarantee that it is, when you win any contest an notified through your email it should be something that you know that you entered and were going to notify you through email. Any company esp well known ones are not going to notify you through your email. Don't trust it!! If it seems too good to be true then it is!
