The civil war in Iraq would not end if US troops were pulled out. But in the same way, the civil war wouldn't end if US troops continue to stay in Iraq.
So, which would you prefer?. To have further US troop deaths, or to remove them from harm's way, if both of these actions will simply result in the same eventual outcome?. And how about the hundreds-of-millions of US dollars being spent daily to maintain these troops in Iraq?.
I would also like to comment on your statement on the "Additional Details" of your question. The reason that was given to justify the US invasion of Iraq was the claim that Iraq had WMDs and was developing a nuclear weapon. This exact reason was the issue that was voted upon in the US Congress, who subsequently gave the approval of US military actions against Iraq. This same exact reason was the one submitted to the United Nations as the United States' reason for its unilateral action on Iraq.
So, your claim that the purpose of the US invasion of Iraq was to remove Saddam Hussein from power is not true, although the Bush administration started to adopt this reason when it later turned out that there were no WMD's or nuclear weapons found in Iraq.

If we've been to pull our troops out surprising now, then the 1st factor is we'd be telling the full worldwide that we are going to no longer end anymore. we've become vulnerable and we are ripe for assaults. I concern for our troop over there don't get me incorrect, yet i think of we would desire to stay there to end this. If we come domicile then the terrorists that are right here could have the skill to get the intelligence that they have got been lacking to accomplish a attack in this u . s .. each and every time they plan some form of attack right here on account that 9-eleven we've stopped them. We bypass away Iraq then they are going to regroup like no longer something ever formerly and could carry out assaults right here. i do no longer prefer to work out something like that poor day lower back right here in this u . s .. i'm unwell of those democrates no longer helping our troops by skill of threatening to withhold money if Bush would not set a time table. If we try this then they wait until that day and as quickly as we bypass away they attack us demanding and strong. we would desire to artwork mutually, however the real evil empire in this u . s .(DEMS observe they are the donkey) they only won't give up attempting to scare the folk in this u . s . into questioning that we are in greater danger whilst in certainty no longer something has occurred right here on account that 9-eleven.

It isnt a civil war. The majority of the combatants are being funded and brought in from other surrounding countries. It is more of an attempted invasion by proxy. Our leaving before the iraqi military is capable of defending the country would only result in providing an opening for one of the other local governments to seize power and set up a puppet government.

Civil War is a conflict that exists between two or more parties of the same nation; No Civil War presently exists in Iraq and if you honestly believe one does your are sorely out of touch with reality. Muslin Insurgents are coming from every corner of the world, even from America and Britian to keep the factions in Iraq fighting among themselves. Arms and supplies are coming from Iran and Syria, but you think that this is a Civi War the Iraqi People are fighting!!! You're Social Studies teacher must be crying right now....

There isn't a civil war going on in Iraq, no matter how much you try to say there is. Whatever sectarian violence that occurs there does not rise to the level of a civil war.
Pulling our troops out, OTOH, would probably result in a civil war there.
Pulling our troops out would not only not solve anything, it would create an even greater and more widespread mess in the world.

It doesn't. But then again, how can you stop it without becoming as bad as Saddam was? Factionalism over there is sometimes even encouraged by the US - as seen by them letting some regional insurgent groups (now officially ex-insurgent groups) do what they want as long as they fight Al Qaeda.

Where there is war, people tend to get drawn in to the frenzy, It is what tends to be in front of them day in and day out. It is hard to remain an Innocent bystander. when there is no place to run, no place to hide. Fear can cause people to do what they think is necessary to survive and it can cause them to view everyone as the enemy. One does not think rationally when their whole way of life is in turmoil. Moving the troops out of there would do much to cut down on Civil War,

Well, I'm not sure that it would necessarily end the civil war they have going on...and who knows if it will ever end. All I know is that the whole thing scares me because my little brother is a marine & is over there right now...I support his decision (he volunteered), who am I not to?

We are just delaying the inevitable. Basically to the victor goes the spoils. Let the Shiite and the Sunni fight it out and with us allowing that they can't blame us. No matter what it is going to be bad except with us leaving the deaths will not include Americans.
