In a sane world it would have to be the slingshot. You have no legitimate use for one in school whereas there's almost always something useful you can do with a pocket knife.

By the way, it's "what's" and "school".

When I was young, it seemed that everyone carried a pocket knife. Even at school. As to slingshots. A few guys carried them at different times, but by the time you hit High School and had a drivers license, you carried a shotgun or rifle in your car.
I guess my view is that there is nothing wrong with a knife or a sling shot. The problems we have today stem from;
1) young people who haven't been taught to respect each other, and
2) young people who are afraid of getting a good "butt-kickin' "

Well that's what I think, but I wouldn't carry either to school since the people that have screwed up our youth will then tell you you're wrong for having a tool or a toy.

Leave both at home and take your books and a willingness to learn. These two things will serve you better than a knife or a slingshot.

I would say the knife. Some places you can get kicked out for bringing a knife, but not a slingshot.

Conversely, a dictionary is a GOOD thing to bring to skool!

The knife is probably worse, though both are equally illegal. your principle may get more angry over a knife, but i wouldn't test that thoery. In 8th grade I had to do an esssay about why you shouldn't bring weapons to school, so i know the laws after that. DON'T TAKE EITHER!

Do you really need someone to tell you what you already know ? Either one is going to get you nothing but jambed up with the school for violating the security regulations. You have no business having any of these in school....

wats,skool ? Spelling ???

I would say knife. A knife would probably get you suspended and a slingshot would get you detention.

Both would probably get you suspended, expelled, or sent to an alternative school, if that is what you want.

Far better to leave both at home and go to school, where you might learn to spell.
