Ok, I locked myself out of my house by accident (we're in high school and he lives across the street). He came across the street and tried to help me and my friend life my garage up. But, it didn't work. He asked me if I wanted to stay at his house, but stupidly I ended up going to my other friend's house. So I went to her house, and later I had to go back home because my mom was on her way. I sat down in front of my house in the grass, and a minute later he came out of his house. He said

"Hey, what are you doing?" (in a nice, smiling manar), "I invited you to my house, what are you sitting out here for?"

He walked across the street, and I explained. Then, he talked to me for a little while, then my mom got home and we parted ways.

what do you think? I mean, if he didn't really like me, he wouldn't have gone through the trouble, right?

You have to go with your own intuition and what makes you feel good. It's great that he was trying to help, but you never go into someone else's home alone. You made a wise choice to wait for your mother. If you like this boy, wait to see him when the parents are home.

Well, it depends. Is he know as a generally shy person?
He could just be a nice person, trying to help a friend out.
So I have to say I have no idea.Just because he did that
doesn't mean he likes you,as more then a friend.Just keep
an eye out for anything else he says/does to you.See how he
almost reacts around girls and maybe you will find a clue of
how he is around them.Goodluck finding out, anyways!

Well 1st off he is your neighbor and was being naborly!

But yes, I think he is interested, after all he must have been watching out the window a lot to know you were back at your house.

Take him some cookies or something little and say, thanks for trying to help me, I really appricate it.

Ya also got to do the same for your friend that you stayed at so you don't hurt her feelings.

It's just a cutesy way of talking to him and see if he starts to talk to you about other things...??

He could like you or he could have been being nice. Watch how he acts around you in the future. If you want to continue conversation, next time you see him crack a joke about locking yourself out or just invite him out with you and your friends when a group is getting together.
Clearly you like him & you need to see if there is something more going on.

Sounds like he is just a nice guy asking you if everything is ok and offered you to go to his house so that you don#t have to sit out in the cold to wait for your mom.

I think the question is do you like him? If you do, then you should def go for it! He obviously cares about you and that kind of guy would make a great boyfriend. Plus the whole neighbor thing is totally cute. If you don't like him, I dont know what to say. He could like you, but he'll get the message if you dont like him back.

Yes i think he likes you. He mostly likely was looking out the window the whole time making sure you were ok. This guy is a keeper trust me. Get him quick before some other girl finds out this info.
