hi all i know my baby is getting big. my first born was 10lb 12oz and born naturally but had 2 degree tears. i have been told my second is looking like she will be about 11 n half pound according to my growth chart but they are just gonna leave me to go full term and not even offer me an induction or c section. i dont understan why not as my sons shoulders got stuck last time and they had to rag him out. had a 3/4d scan on monday and the sonographer looked at me shocked when she first saw my baby and said gosh doesnt she look quite chubby, i thought great thanx thats all i need to hear. im currently 30 weeks pregnant and measuring for 39 weeks, i look like someone who shudda dropped like 2 weeks ago and people keep coming up to me saying it wont be long now when WAS you due, im like im not due to december n there like omg. anyway im bricking it coz when i had my son the meds had worn of by the time i came to push n i was pushing for 3 hours and in so much pain (as im sure u know how much child birth brings in itself) and now i know i have to go through it all again and the doctors/midwifes arnt even bothered imtotally bricking it, i am so gonna opt for the epidural i really dont care about my fear of needles anymore the fear of having to give birth to a huge baby is far worse. anyway, i really do sympathise with that woman in siberia (despite her having a c section), and i sympathise with any woman having to part with anything close to even 9lb lol. if any one is having a huge baby, then my thoughts and prayers are with you as they say. good look to you all.

That baby looked like a little sumo wrestler. The baby pictured next to her looked terrified, lol. Imagine if they wouldn't have done a c-section. They say they were unaware of the size until delivery. All I can say is OUCH.

How was the mother so shocked? She had been thru it 11 times! I would have thought i was carrying triplets, lol. The poor baby beside her looks terrified.
