No. "Jugar" is 'to play a game'..

For 'to play a musical instrument' the verb is "tocar".

So, you can say "¡Tocaste bien!" or "¡tocaste muy bien!"

no u can use "jugaste" as a sport like "jugaste muy bien" but with an instrument u say "tocaste muy bien" or in every single way that u can think to say "good job" u can say "muy buen trabajo" or "muy bien".

jugar is to play as in a sport. For a musical instrument, use tocar. So it would be tocaste bien! You can also add muy to spice it up (tocaste muy bien)
