Nursing is one of the fields where there are a ton of scholarships, government grants, and even student loan forgiveness programs. Many states and the federal governments have programs to assist individuals who want to become nurses. Johnson and Johnson along with Tylenol have their own scholarship programs. I recommend applying for every scholarship no matter the amount. Also, search Google.com and Yahoo.com to locate any state scholarship programs for your individual state. I will include some free resources to locate money to become a nurse. Good luck!

No, but some states will. In GA you can get a loan to go to school to become a teacher (and maybe other helping professions) and after working for 2 years as a teacher, the loan is forgiven! Check your state for similar deals.

If you are working in a hospital or a doctors office or something in that field they usually pay half of your schooling if you are going for something in there field ..they won't give you anything if you aren't going for a degree that isn't in their field! Hope this helps!
