I think the answer is A
Children over 7 years: 30–40 mg daily
Children under 7 years: 25–30 mg daily

They are called micronutrients because our body needs them in extremely small amounts(almost trace amounts). We can be sure to get enough by taking vitamin and mineral supplements, or by eating a balanced diet including many fruits and vegetables

Well, I can tell you that C. is definitely a myth. Teenage females need much more iron than males because of menstruation. Males do not need much iron at all.
