MANTECA — Charges were brought against an auto theft suspect who was shot in the hand by police after he allegedly tried to run over an officer during a chase Tuesday morning.
Manteca police said Wednesday that Jose Luis Ayala, 20, of Modesto was released from ValleyCare Medical Center in Pleasanton late Tuesday evening and charged with assault on a police officer with a deadly weapon, vehicle theft, felony evasion and carjacking. Poor little alien. Probably had no chances in life what with those 15 brothers and 12 sisters all living in a shed.
Makes me wonder how many kids he already has at 20. The usual number is about 3 or 4 at that age. Doesn't matter if he's blond and blue-eyed, if he's here illegally from Latin America, the mindset is ground in.
These people should be offered one and ONLY one government freebie: birth control.

It has NOTHING to do with the race of the criminal. He's an illegal alien. HE DOESN'T BELONG IN OUR COUNTRY.
He should be stealing cars in HIS COUNTRY, NOT OURS.
