How do i use GRIMPShop???

I've just downloaded it and there are no help files no nothing i have no idea how to use it :(

You mean GIMPshop. Which is a modified GIMP program to resemble PhotoShop. Some GIMP tutorials will not be accurate, and some PhotoShop tutorials may. GIMPshop is a hybrid of both.
