I sit unable to look people in the eyes. I had confidence councelling which didnt help.4) i'll be really excited for no reason 'vibrating' with energy and chattering about nothing5) I have delusions.I think im characters of films or religious prophecies.ATMi know its fake, but at that time i dont.6)I get extremely down& its killing me all the time

Go. If you have problems talking, write it out. Show them this post -- it's really good. Clear, concise, and it'll give you guys a good place to start talking.
And remember, a psychiatrist is not God. She or he can't fix your problems, but s/he can help you see things in a different way so you can fix them yourself. This is SO important!
And also, a psychiatrist is not always right. If s/he makes you feel humiliated, find a different one. There are good ones out there, and bad ones, and ones that are simply not a good fit. But you won't find a good one unless you start seeing one.

You are probably bipolar. Yes, there is medication. Sometimes it doesn’t work, so if you don’t feel right tell the doctor. You may need to have counseling with the medication. It will all take time.
When you feel like hurting yourself, don’t stay alone. Talk to your mother, father, or some other adult. I believe you, and the medical professionals you see should. You deserve to be believed and treated with respect.
Write down how you feel and take it to the doctor. It’s often hard to say it right and remember everything when put on the spot.
You’re on your way to better health. You’ve admitted you have a problem and you are doing something about it. Sounds like you are smart but your illness might be holding you back.
Good Luck!

Self-harm is a symptom of borderline disorder not bipolar disorder.
From your list of what you have been doing for so long, you will definitely be taken seriously. You will not be told that it's because you're a teenager.
You have issues that have to be addressed and fixed.
Don't be afraid of the psychiatrist. He/she is there to help you and wants to help you. That is their life's goal. Be honest and tell all. That is the only way they can truly solve your problems.

Use your mind and channel your energy. You sound very creative, you shouldn't let the psychiatrist give you some drugs to neutralize your personality. Those things are bad. have you tried music? You should listen to PSYTRANCE music. It's really good stuff. Have you tried art. You sound really creative.
Don't hurt your self, tell your self that you are not doing it anymore and go cold turkey. You can do it!

They won't say that. Everything you describe indicates a mind disorder and psychological problems. They are professionals and will help you. Hopefully they will give you any medications and therapy that you need to start living more peacefully with your mind. Good luck with your appointment.

I don't think they will say "your just a teenager". I'm sure they will be able to help you. Make sure you wright down what you want to discuss with them and any questions you might have so you don't forget them when you get there. Good luck.

Sounds like bipolar. Just see what the doc says. Don't emphasize everything that you've done in the past as if to say "PLEASE diagnose me!!!", just tell em whats been going on, see what he/she says. Hope you get the help that you need. Best of luck.
