During the school year i usually only used to get a pimple here and there once in a while, but over the summer my whole face broke out, and now i break out everyweek. Everyweek i get a new pimple somewhere else, sometimes i even get 3 or 2 pimples at a time while i still have other pimples going away from the past week. What can i do to stop this? I cut down on eating greasy foods like fries, bacon and mayonnaise, and i started going to get facials. Is it my hormones that are causing this?
Im 15 btw

Acne or pimples are usually a result of hormonal changes and an irregular and increased production of oil by the sebaceous glands. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

if your fifteen and havent hit the higher stages of puberty then you have now, has you voice crack? if it was a long time ago then its probably not hormones(entirely) but if it hasnt then its probably soon, also sunscreen can cause alot of people to break out, as well as growing there hair long and over the forehead, just get some acne cream from the drug store, if it gets worse see and dermatologist, it does sound that bad though, 2 or 3 is nothing, once you can count 15 on your forehead at one time its bad

There could be a number of reasons. One has to do with you eating habbits. Chocolate will make you break out. Large quantities of oily or sugary foods may also do the trick. Oily foods are like pizza, burgers and fries, anything made with lots of butter, cheesecake. Sugary foods are anything sweet, cakes, cheesecake; but sugary especially includes sodas, soft drinks. Just examine what you've been eating.
You can reduce the breakouts by eating more fruits and vegetables instead of the above mentioned food classes.

A dermatologist might give you perscription, so set an appointment. But I just think that you're going though puberty and acne is common. Don't freak out. Use proactive, it's great.

often in your teens you have sudden outbreaks or your skin only starts producing excess oil which cause spots later on - avoid fizzy drinks and sweets which you may have eaten more of over the summer and try to drink as much water as possible - wash you face morning and night as well
