It depends. When I was 18, I no longer had a curfew, but that is because I was very well behaved in high school, and was not a partier, so I could stay up as late as I wanted as long as I got up for school the next day. Then I left for college for about a year, then decided to move back home to go to a different university instead. I'm 21 at home, and still behaving as good as I did before, though now I occasionally go out for drinks and sometimes stay at my boyfriend's house. My parents, knowing that I am an adult with a job and almost finished with college, have no trouble letting me decide how to live my life, so long as I continue to help out around the house.
However, this kind of situation is probably one where parents know they can trust their daughter 100% not to abuse having no curfew. I have known plenty of girls at that age, ESPECIALLY if they're still in high school, who should not be allowed not to have a curfew. And of course, parents should always know where their child is going to be, and have a number for the location whether they're 18 or not. I definitely would not normally recommend letting an 18 year old girl out without a curfew.

If she lives at home with mom and dad, yes. Their house, their rules. You have no busiess disturbing them when you come in late, or worrying them when you don't come in when you said you would.
