Take that picture in to a stylist and have them cut it and show you how to style it.

I'm liking that style, it's very clean-cut and natural. :)

Your best bet would be to get a good trim at the salon for starters. If you can do bring in a picture to show the stylist, it will make work for him/her a whole lot easier and chances are you'll be more relaxed to know that the stylist has a good idea of what style you want to achieve.
Let them layer a bit, but ask them to keep a good amount of lenght at the same time.

Styling shouldn't take you a whole lot of time. Blowdry with cool air for a bit, until hair is about 90% dry. Finger comb and
finish off with a tiny bit of wax or pomade on the ends.

I recommend Tigi Bed Head Manipulator, kind of pricey but it works well.

If not American Crew has a great line of hair product for men.

Good luck!

Brush it to the side, and maybe put hairspray or gel so it will stay. Once you wear it like that for a long time, your roots of your hair will get used to it and automatically fall forward and to the side like that.
