if someone vomits something that he just ate, does he fool his brain? i mean that the brain will think he just ate and wont be hungry again

your brain doesnt determine if you are hungry per se. If you do not have nutrients you need your body will trigger hunger, which drives us to eat. that is why we crave stuff. we crave what our body needs.

That did not work with my kids when they were babies. They would vomit with colic and immediately be hungry again because their tummies were empty.
