Caitlin is nice, though popular, and Aisling or Aislinn are the authentic forms of what you know as "Ashlyn," so either of those seems an attractive alternate spelling. I wouldn't recommend any ridiculously contrived variations, however. Ashelynne or Kaytlyn just aren't attractive at all, know what I mean?
If you really want the -lyn ending sound, but apparently want something more unique, I'd simply use something that's actually unique. Aislinn seems the most obvious choice here. ;) http://www.behindthename.com/php/search.php?nmd=n&terms=ashlyn+aislinn+aisling

Caitlyn/ Kaitlyn is the best name out of the options however I would go for something less commom. Maybe Shaylin or Ashlyn...
Madelyn is also a nice name.

Jocelyn, ummm can't think now go to babynames.com set up a profile and make your own list with middle names and last names then you decide if you want to select you names so that people can view and vote on it. hope this helped

I always liked the name Aislyn (ace-lynn). There's also Brooklyn if you want to stick with the "lyn" ending.
