Many schools across the nation have online degree programs. I know for a fact that North Carolina and Texas colleges work very well with military and spouses.
Unless your spouse has made being able to use his GI Bill as part of his re-enlistment package or signed up for some other program, the military will not pay for your school. Having said that, there are many programs available to you that will. Check out the militaryonesource website. They have operators available 24 hours a day. They can put you in touch with programs in your area and help you find the money to go to college. The other option is to check with the education office on base. They know what is available in the area.
Good luck with your education.

First, congrats on wanting to go to school! I am also a military wife and in school. I have always chosen my schools and applied for financial aid such as Pell grants before I apply for any loans. Depending on what you want to do will depend on the type of college, but Community Colleges are normally less expensive and they usually give military families the in-state/resident rate. You can also check out sites for different scholarships. A great one is fastweb.com. With the military paying for your education, the only thing that they do, which is new, is they have recently started giving the spouses TA (tuition assistance). Depending on your base, you should be able to go to the education center on post and get more information.

I would say check out local colleges like the nearest community college. I know the one I go to has a lot of classes you can take online. I hope that ones in your area offer them because it would make it a lot easier on you being pregnant and all. Just make sure you know that the college you attend is a credible one. The classes you take online should transfer to other schools if it is worth the money you (or the military) pay for it.

That depends on what you want to study. There are a LOT of online schools available to military and their spouses. I suggest that you contact your husband's unit's Family Readiness Group. They can steer you in the right direction. If they do not, google "online degrees".

as a spouse, the military will NOT pay for your education.

Visit your bases' education office to find out what programs are available to you as well as to get information on how to pay for college.

Some online schools give a discount to military and their spouses. Ellis does, for one.
