Have you changed tanning products? It could also be that the tanning bed bulbs are new and too hot for your delicate skin.

You can use the site above to help you figure out what it is. It sounds like eczema, an allergic rash. The bumps likely are not caused by tanning, but the manager may have used something you are allergic to in order to clean the bed and disinfect it. If you use any particular lotion on your skin, or a soap/shampoo, that can be a cause. Another cause can be food allergies, as well. If the site above or other information you get here in Y!A doesn't work, please see a dermatologist. Skin rashes are often signs of disease somewhere in the body if they aren't a contact rash.
Most people are able to treat eczema by avoiding contact with the allergen. I would recommend using Benadryl spray on it, or you can take oral Benadryl to get relief. If that doesn't work, then it's not an allergy (unless, of course, you are allergic to the Benadryl!)
Good luck, and I hope you figure it out soon.

It could also be heat rash. I get it on my chest and I have seen some people with it on their arms. They are harmless little red bumps and are caused by sweat trapped beneath the skin, but I have noticed that it goes away after a few hours...

Sounds like fun. Maybe you shouldn't go to the tanning salon again.

sounds like the bed was not disinfected after someone else was there- UGH! I would complain to the manager and make sure they clean it well before you use it again.
I am sure the rash will go away on its own.
