Starbucks
If you work a minimum of 20 hours per week you will receive the option of benefits from Starbucks.

I thought this might help until you found a job that you really want to do or are skilled to do. You didn't specify your skills or work experience.

You probably won't get benefits anywhere for a job that consists of less than 40 hours per week, however if you speak to the human resources department they will often allow you to participate in the benefit program at a reduced cost. At least you can purchase insurance and they may actually contribute to your payments.

Good Luck

I cannot give you an exact company name because they change their rules from time to time. But there are companies that will give you benefit if you work minimum of 30 hrs a week. Ask your prospective employer about it before you take the job.

You can also negotiate with your employer regarding benefits. What type of benefits are you looking for, anyway?
