Hi. I tend to get bored out of my mind when I try to work out at home. I get so bored, in fact, that all the videos and stretch-bands, yoga mats and weights I have bought sit in the same place every day and collect dust. I can be disciplined about exercise if I am having at least a little fun.

Have you discovered any cool / fun home workouts, or equipment, that helps keep you motivated?

Try Tae-bo. I do the billy Blanks ones once a week just to mix up my workout. I typically jog and if I don't have at least one day of fun I burn out! The tae-bo is good though, nothing is too repetitive but you will certainly burn a lot of calories. A lot of the videos also have 2-3 workouts so you can mix it up.

Try youtube, a lot of the old school cardio videos are on there, pilates, Tae Bo, 8 minute abs, you name it. It's free and you can get a new workout everyday!! It's kind of fun for me to mix-it up that way, plus you can make fun of the old hairstyles and buzz-words, like "it's radical"...................

Good Luck.
