I don't mind eating healthy, but i'm kinda a picky eater so i find it very difficult to think up things to eat/cook everyday that sticks to the correct amount of calories that should be consumed in one day..Anyone know where i can find a healthy menu of some kind to follow?? I really appreciate the help.. :-) thanks

look at these sites and see if they help. I have a really hard time eating the right amount of calories. usually I eat less!

tosca reno (a body building athlete) wrote a book called, 'the eat clean diet' which is very healthy. pick up a copy and follow the meal plan listed inside and you'll find its not too bad if you're a picky eater because the foods and recipes are simplistic in preparation and taste. this is the basis of 'eating clean."

Go on Weight Watchers diet. You can eat whatever you like. All you have to do is add your points daily, don't go over your allotted points and viola, you lose weight and end up eating healthy out of habit once you're on it.
