Lastest intel we have on the ABUs and the APECS jackets is that the MCSS's are getting them in slowly, and it's really a crap-shoot as to whether your nearest MCSS will have them in stock right now (and in the sizes you need). Right now all the uniforms appropriated by the Air Force are being distributed to the troops who are deploying to Iraq or Afghanistan. There's really no big rush to get the new uniforms, unless you want to be the first airman on your block to sport the new duds. I'm guessing it's going to be at least another six months before the uniforms are widely available, and it could take up to a year for all the MCSS's to get a good stockpile of most sizes.
