with no release there is explosion. More schools small classes more teachers, start with 3yr.olds, better control , better learn, fewer discouraged children whose potential is killed, who resort to graffiti, vandalism, drugs to kill their pain and get money which their poor education denied them. Intelligent kids find a way to achieve their potential. Get rich or die in the attempt., That is all that is left to them.

90% of those in prison could usefully be dealt with by other means. But simply educating people is not the answer....educate a devil and you get a clever devil

This is the devilish community or the jungle of thorns where we all give sorrow and pain to each other. Likewise, in any devilish community there are people who will flout the law and make life unbereable for peace loving citizens. There is therefore, the need for more prisons to keep such people away from the society as well as the police to keep the law and all that. Personally, I see nothing wrong in the government providing the basics for keeping peace in the society for all to go out and perform their jobs without any fear from those who will otherwise take the law into their own hands.

You got it right buddy. Kill them all or experiment on them to save animals from testing and vivisection. Allow teenagers to hunt paedo's with guns or perhaps swords and spears so they could kill them slowly.
No need for any prisons then.
