I noticed something weird, but funny about my Conure's behavior lately when it comes to water. If it starts to rain, or if he sees running water, he'll start to scream,lol. I was wondering if this is normal?

Seems to me he wants to take a bath or have a shower!! Try putting a very shallow bowl of water in/on his cage (room temp. water) see if he'll take a dip, or fill a plant mister with water (a clean one that's never had chemicals in it) and mist him.

I have a Sun Conure.He screams at a lot of things such as when he hears our car come home or people come to the door (good watchdog lol) or if the vacumn is running.
Mine loves water running and likes to take a bath under the tap with the water running at just a trickle.It's very funny to watch.He'd stay forever if I let him.
Yours would maybe enjoy that too by the sound of things.Take it slow and easy with him at first and try flicking a bit of water at him till he gets the idea.Be sure to sanitize the sink when he's finished.

My Conure Does That everytime someone opens the sink water.. I think is normal.. They Also Love To Take Baths..

Conures are South American birds so this is quiet normal for them to scream when it rains. Place the bird in the shower and turn it on. Place them on the shower bar and place the shower on cool. Rain water is not warm people, it's cold if you haven't noticed!!! They do come from tropical rain forests!
Most birds scream at the vacumn cleaner cause they are trying to talk to it. Much like screaming to another sound in the jungle.
