Which OS is the best one to install on the PS3?

Give me your thoughts...Yellow Dog, Ubuntu, etc.... Which one do you like best and why?

I haven't tried any, yet, but whenever I see it mentioned anywhere it always seems to be yellow dog linux, so i presume that one must be, at least, a decent option.
