Just ask him.
Tell him you are going to be at (location XYZ) this weekend, and that it would be cool if he wants to meet up. You can even mention that some of your friends will be there too, so the romantic pressure is off.
Then, if you see him there, invite him over to join your social group. If he interacts well, then take him somewhere more private (like grabbing dinner together, just the two of you). If he turns out to be a jerk, loser, etc. then tell him it was great seeing him, but that you and your friends have to be going now.
Oh, and (generally speaking), don't ask guys out whom you work with! Unless it is a very temporary job, that pays minimum wage. That can cause problems later on.

Girls DON'T ask guys out.
That is too aggressive a behavior.
That seems to be the 'trend' these days, and it undermines the male's natural persuer role in relationships.
Go ahead. If I were a guy, I'd either ignore you or disrespect you for asking. But the guys these days are probably just as confused about correct roles and mannerisms,,,,so....
Oh well.

but 1st id make sure i know 4 sure he likes me and would want 2 be with me
id like just hang with him 4 a while not really go out then whatever happens happens

If he likes you don't worry about it. don't ask him out for goodness sake, let him be the man. if he likes you, believe me, he will ask you out. give him some time to be himself. you work with him, it's not like he's going anywhere. however, showing interest in him is nice.

No, don't if a guy wants to get to know you. trust me he will let you know. regardless. don't do it. Let him come to you, just wait a little longer. Dont forget your worth every dollar babe.
