yea i get the stares but the guys i do want or like dont step up it's the ones i dont want or dont like that wanna talk to me and those are the nast old perverted 50yr old men no offense to those who are that age and dont do this.......... but im single i keep telling myself its not me and that the only reason im single is because God is saving someone really worth my time and really special for me...... I get compliments so thats enough to say its not my appearance but maybe my personality i come off as serious and quiet....

I have the answer to this one all figured out.Lots of women/girls have exactly the same problem, it's because (1)the guys that you get, asking you out are the ones you don't like....that's because they either (a) Happen to be confident enough to ask you (b) You are there, and they ask most girls to see who they can get lucky with (c) To them, you are really fanciable, so they can't help it...we can't help attracting people we don't find attractive ourselves.(2) Guys you really like don't ask you because (a) They are usually too hot anyway and are to busy preening themselves to notice you (b) You just don't happen to be their kind of stuff (c) They can offord to have a choice so will be choosy.(3) And you get the perverts, coz we all get perverts love, young or old.Plus old men are more likely to lust after young women/girls because you said it ' dirty old men '...a lot, not all, of them are...not having sex, or they are still frustrated, or just down right...disguisting....My advice is, hang on, hold tight, it will be a bumpy ride, but brace yourself....someone you like will notice you, coz it happens to us all ...perhaps you seem to serious because you are angry with these guys, so you unconciously put on an angry face, and that will put guys off...so practice some relaxation techniques with your face in the mirror if you want...but most of all, when you're out there around the guys girl ...SMILE at them, this will give the best signal ever.!

You're definitely correct that there are girls that men will just have sex with and girls that men will make into girlfriends. We want the kinky, slutty type just for sex. We want the smart, fun, and wifely girls for girlfriends. If you're asking this question because you're worried about being used just for sex then there's a simple solution: Develop a relationship before you have sex with a guy. Men will respect you more if you're a little chaste. If you're easy to get, we'll assume there's a good reason for that.

Try to do normal things with different types of guys you don't usually hang out with: go to lunch, coffee, comment on the news, on anything.
At some point (but not all times and not with all of them) look at them in the eyes.

It seems you have a high opinion of yourself. Perhaps it is justified. I think your god has other things to do besides offer you as the perfect woman. If you think you are too serious and quiet you may be. What will you do with this knowledge? Change? Or lean on god?

Don't stress it OK or you will just get stressed. Guys will come just don't be so bothered about it and try to hang out at places where guys your own age will be. Hope this helps.
