Tell someone that he faked riding his bike to work? In the e-mail, it claims that anyone who shows up to work on a bike between a certain time frame will receive free breakfast and prizes.

He's really cheap and will do anything for free ... he CHEATED!

He lives miles away, parked his truck at gas station and pulled out bike, so everyone thought he biked miles!

people like him always looking for a angle, think they can outsmart everybody. he's so smart, he's stupid and will be found out when he least expects it. so find solace in that knowledge and go on with what you have to do.

I always loved bike riding. I bought a new Schwinn when I was 33 so I could ride with my kids through the countryside in the evenings. Then my arthritis got so bad that I had to give it up and I am 66 now and disabled; otherwise, I'd still be peddling off to the fishing hole!

if the rules state to "show up at work on a bike" and he did that then what is there to tell??? not many people can ride their bike all the way to work due to physical reasons or it being legal to ride their bikes on certain roads... i commend him for riding the 1/2 mile... many might have driven even closer.

If the email says that "anyone who SHOWS UP to work on a bike" will get free breakfast, then he didn't cheat. He showed up to work on a bike. It didn't say you had to ride it all the way from home.

However, in any case, who gives a crap?

Black mail him. Demand a large sum of money or else you'll spill the beans. Haha. I'm just kidding. He showed up on a bike in the specified time frame so technically he didn't cheat.

I'm not saying what he did was ok, but technically, he did show up on a bike. Why let one jerk spoil a good cause? I would probably say something, but probably not as in a formal complaint. He already ate the food, so what can you do?

He showed up at work on a bike. That was the conditions. How he did it is immaterial. Dont sweat it. If they wanted a verified contest, then they would have had somone follow him from home and videotape his entire journey.

I feel like telling you to let it go, but there's been times when something has really been irking me & I felt like I should do or say something about it. Send an anonymous note to whomever is in charge or whomever gives out the prizes, that way, you've done your good deed. Maybe he needs the breakfast b/c his alternative might be McDonalds or something less healthy. Let the food go-do something about the prizes.

did it stipulate that you MUST ride the bike from home to work? you say that "anyone who SHOWS UP to work ON A BIKE" which is what he did. who cares? you didn't have to buy the breakfast and it would just make you look bitter and petty.

So what! That's something that will catch up to him. Have you ever heard the expression "cheaters never win and winners never cheat"? Don't worry about this it's so insignificant that you will only be hurting yourself if you mention it.
