Heart

Well, the simple answer is your head, because if you have a heart transplant generally your beliefs remain unchanged. However, it has not been proven that the case would not be the same had your head been transplanted. So far, all head removals and attempted transplants have resulted in death, in which case no beliefs could be verified. So I guess the jury is out on this one.

I believe that the mind and heart(soul) work hand in hand. The soul is what you get exposed to and different things you do changes the condition. Your mind is like a machine and tries to take it all in and make sense of all that happens to you, but is driven by your soul. Your mind tries to convince that when you plan there will be a particular outcome, your soul has a particular path that is drawn out. I believe that beliefs are a combination of heart and whats in your head. Just my conclusion, only God knows best.

Literally, our hearts? Heart-transplant patients don't have a change in belief, for the most part....

Beliefs are a product of the brain. Even your most emotional thoughts can be viewed on a brain scan.

What you believe is what you truly FEEL is right. Your head doesn't feel anything but headaches. Your heart is where all emotion is stored, SO>>>> If your passionate about your beliefs, where does it come from?

Neither. No one ever had brain surgery or heart surgery and beliefs were found lurking in either. They are in the mind, and the mind is without boundaries or limits.
Technically, though, the brain is the transmitter that allows us to voice what is in the mind.
