In the mornings I weigh myself but then in the evening im a few pounds heavier, I think I've lost weight but then in the evening i weigh the same as i did the day before?!?!

The food u have eaten throughtout the day is still being digested, over night it becomes more broken down and used. Hence u weigh less in the morning.

Because you deigest your food overnight. I loose 2 pounds over and regain it throughout the day

Your weight does flucuate throughout the day. It can be to do with how much you've eaten/drank or just normal changes.

it's just water weight. You haven't had anything to drink int he last several hours but your body is still using the water. Evening you just had something eat and drink.

food intake....try not eating for a day and check your weight in the evening...it should be less.
