Just like anyone else....go take the written part of the test first (actually on computer now), get your permit, practice driving, and then take the road test to get your license. When you move to Virginia, yes, you'll need a new license, buyt you probably won't have top take any more tests. How long it takes depends on if you pass the tests the first time...and how much time you spend on practicing your driving.

Type in Michigan DMV in your searchbar. Go to the area about getting a license. It will have all the info and ID's you need to get your license.

hey i live in michgan.. what you got to do is go to secretary state... you have to take a writen test.. you only can get 10 wrong.. if you pass.. you have to pay 25 dollars for a permit.. and once you get that.. you have 30 days of practicing driving.. make sure you pass the parking.. cuz you have to pass that before you take the road test.. if you pss youll get your license.. ive been through already
