I feel as though something is crawling under my skin, primarily in my left calf and also in the toes of my left foot. What gives? It is the most annoying sensation. Anything I can do for it?

I should add, since most have said it is RLS, I already have RLS and this does not feel the same.

sounds like Restless Leg Syndrome. My wife gets that. Does it feel like you have to move it? That's the most common thing for her. Also, it could be a problem with the sciatic nerve, but I'm guessing RLS is probably more likely.

I am not saying this is it, but that is a good symptom of Restless Leg Syndrome. Below is a website for RLS.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Try a foot massager. Costs about $10. David is probably right, but try a cheap, possible solution, first.
