Hi everyone.

My friend has walking problems, he is only 35 and when he walks for long distances he claims that his legs feel heavy and his balance is all off.

He tends to lean to one side like one leg is shorter than the other sometimes.

He has no pain when he walks, it is very strange.

Does anyone know what this could be?

Your friend's GP should refer him to a neurologist, especially as it is affecting his balance.

Try using a heal lift in the shorter leg's shoes. I do, & it helps a lot! He may have a bad knee or bad hip joint.

Suggest he gets checked for diabetes and circulation faults.
